Expansion of the Board of Directors of Farner Consulting in Switzerland

Beat Brechbühl (LL.M. Chicago Law School) is Managing Partner of Kellerhals Carrard, the second largest Swiss law firm. With a doctorate in law, he is one of Switzerland’s leading business lawyers. Brechbühl’s main focus is on Mergers & Acquisitions and innovative start-ups. He is a lecturer in entrepreneurship at the University of Bern and holds several management mandates in prestigious finance, business and sports companies. Brechbühl maintains a lively exchange with politics and society in his civic engagements, namely as co-founder of the Swiss Venture Club and as vice president of the renowned Bonny Foundation for Freedom and on the board of the Economic Society of the Canton of Bern. Last year, he was awarded the Entrepreneur Prize of the Chamber of Commerce of Berne. In spring 2021, Brechbühl was elected to the Board of Directors of Farner Consulting AG.
