Baseline
In order to communicate Allianz’s multi-layered strategy, an emotional approach had to be developed within a very short timeframe that would convey the strategy coherently. Also, it was important that the approach could be used for the next three years.
Task
A microsite invites users to discover the strategy and explore new growth areas for Allianz Suisse. This encouraged fun and created commitment at the same time.
Solution
The developed approach by Farner and the organised strategy launch event achieved top marks internally. Many teams used the digital strategy world to learn more about the strategy. Like that the strategy vocabulary was quickly internalised.
