In the battle for the best skilled workers, the traditional mountain village of Andermatt in Uri needs to appeal to potential employees from a wide range of sectors.
Solution
In close cooperation with the client, we worked out an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and developed the creative concept based on it.
To appeal to the best doers – who like to step on the gas – we dramatise the unique working environment in Andermatt. In the middle of wild nature and surrounded by sporting, cultural and gastronomic diversity, there are only a few minutes between the workplace and the hobby.
We show employees, half of whom are in two different worlds at the same time: The working world and the leisure world of Andermatt Swiss Alps.
