In accordance with the government council’s decision on personnel strategy, the employer marketing of the Canton of Zurich was to be revised. As a first step, we worked closely with the client to develop the employer value proposition as a positioning in the labour market. On this basis, we designed an attractive, inspiring and authentic new employer image that stands out in the market and attracts suitable employees.
Solution
We developed and implemented a campaign to position the canton of Zurich as an attractive and progressive employer. The focus was on presenting the versatility and breadth of opportunities to work and develop as an employee. Based on the idea ‘You also benefit privately from a job at the canton’, we realised films and subjects for various directorates.
