Baseline
In the north of the city of Basel lies one of the largest development areas in the canton of Basel-Stadt: the Klybeck site.
Task
The Central Real Estate Group acquired the 160,000 square metre site from its former owner Novartis just over a year ago. For the subsidiary in Basel, we developed a name and a brand that would create local proximity and trust among all stakeholders, especially the local population.
Outcome
The new Rhystadt brand emphasises the clear link to the city of Basel and at the same time positions itself as future-oriented and progressive. Rhystadt aims to anticipate social change and to break new ground in the development of sites. The logo takes up this new perspective with the lying “R” as a figurative mark.
